Warranty and Quality Assurance
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty: Each piece of jewelry bought here on our website is under a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty from the time you bought it. This warranty affirms that products were not manufactured with any defects which might result from their material or workmanship. This is non-transferable.
Quality Standards: The diamonds, jewelry items, and other products available at our store have been manufactured to the best quality and standard and are thoroughly checked before dispatch.
Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipping:
Orders Greater than $1000: to be shipped by UPS Second Day Air, with signature needed on delivery. Shipment notification is given to the customer and another notification is provided when the order is en-route.
Orders Less than $1000: We deliver it through UPS Ground and it does require the customer’s signature with tracking notice.
International Shipping:
Delivered through UPS Worldwide Express normally it is in 3-5 business days. This means that customs duties will have to be announced by UPS as the shipments get into the particular country.
Insurance:
Every shipment is fully insured to enable purchasers to receive their packages safely without incurring other costs in the process.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: Customers can return the products to us only through our Customer Service department within 15 days of the delivery date. We allow two returns per household annually, with specific conditions: We allow two returns per household annually, with specific conditions:
- It is important to keep the items as new and the factors like package should be complete.
- Custom or personalized merchandise is non-returnable and a 50% restocking charge will be accessed if merchandise is returned after the stated period.

Non-Returnable Items: Engagement rings, engagement diamonds that were specially cut, and items that are sold as “final sale” cannot be returned.
Custom Rings: Customized Engagement rings have a 50% restocking fee on the setting cost
Additional Services
Engraving: In the last process of designing the rings, the customers are allowed to include engravings on the rings.
Resizing: For resizing issues, the customer is free to contact us through the email care@stienhardt.com. The tenor of the turnaround of the product is two weeks.
International Returns will be subject to shipping charges and duties. Duties and taxes imposed by the destination country upon receipt of the order are non-refundable.
