I had a wonderful experience using Stienhardt and Stones. I purchased a custom engagement ring earlier this year (just got engaged, so I didn't get to post until now). I worked with the design team to create my dream engagement ring; they were super helpful during the entire process. The manufacturing time was also quite fast considering everything (even the diamond) was custom-made. I ended up purchasing my wedding bands from Stienhardt as well, and the process was just as seamless as the first time. I definitely recommend using Stienhardt for any custom jewelry requests!

Absolutely incredible team and craftsmanship! I worked with Stienhardt to create a custom two-tone engagement ring. I sent them a variety of inspiration photos, dozens of emails and they were patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Their design team offered numerous suggestions and answered all of my questions to ensure a long term, structurally sound ring. I purchased my diamond and had my ring made with them and it came out absolutely gorgeous. When I look at my ring, I can see just how meticulous their work is. I'm really particular with my jewelry and will notice any small flaw; there isn't a single blemish or flaw in their design. I felt even more assured when they mentioned that a lot of their designers are former Tiffany and Cartier employees. I know there isn’t a ton of information online about them since they’re a young company, but trust me when I say that their designers know what they're doing, their diamonds are legitimate and their work will exceed your expectations. Celebrated our 20 year anniversary with new rings. I always wanted an art deco floral motif ring and my husband's ring needed to be resized. So, I had Stienhardt & Stones custom make my new ring in platinum. They did a beautiful job with all the milgrain work and customized my husbands ring with a comfort fit band.

My dream ring has always been a 2ct oval, D color, VVS1 or VVS2. My husband and I were a little nervous having a ring shipped to us that we couldn’t see in person. I received my ring yesterday and it’s safe to say I’m OBSESSED!

I got engaged Saturday and am in love with my ring that my fiance got from Steinhardt. I had picked out a ring design from another company and Steinhardt was able to make the whole ring for half the price the other company was charging just for the band without a center stone. Steinhardt was very responsive and helpful during the process and sent us CADs to modify/approve before making it. They also insured the ring while it was being shipped and made sure someone signed for the ring at delivery. I have gotten a ton of compliments on my ring about how big and sparkly it is. We were initially nervous about doing an online purchase for something like an engagement ring especially when my fiance found Steinhardt on tik tok. We did a lot of research into making sure the company was legit and we are so glad we picked them to make the ring of my dreams!

I just want to say THANK YOU TO THE STEINHARDT FAMILY!!!! They created the perfect engagement ring in a timely manner. I didn't have all the money to fork up at first but they were able to take the payment for the diamond and the setting separately which helped me out a lot. They did an amazing job and trusted the company with my money along with them being located on the East Coast and I'm from Arizona. They overnight shipped my ring for me to propose 2 days later. I found out about stienhardt on TikTok. I was skeptical but decided to give it a shot. I sent a email with a few questions that was promptly answered by Justin. He went above and beyond to make this process seamless. We were having a quick wedding and he went above and beyond to make sure my ring was delivered by the time I needed it. My fiancé and I found out about Steinhardt from Tiktok and once we read all the positive reviews we were sold! They provided updates throughout the process, and it arrived on time. My fiancé had the ring appraised at our local jeweler and it was valued at 60% higher than what we bought it for!

To be honest, I was a little skeptical buying from here as it mainly blew up on TikTok and I’ve never heard of it. Well I’m here to tell you it’s legit and they’re great!! Justin from Stienhardt was amazing to work with. I had originally placed an order for a custom ring and kept changing my mind with things like the stone size, width of the setting, and prongs, and Justin was there to help every time! The ring ended up coming out beautifully and she said yes! For those wondering, I got a 2.04ct Color D Clarity VS1 Radiant Excellent Cut Lab Grown Diamond in a solitaire setting with claw prongs and a hidden halo. Band is platinum and 1.7mm. Also, the prices are WAY better than anywhere else because they manufacture them themselves!

I got my engagement ring diamond from here and it’s beautiful. I was really skeptical at first because I had never heard of this jeweler. I kept seeing Steinhardt pop up on social media but there weren't many reviews. I was also worried because I wasn’t near their location to see the diamond in person and their pricing was a lot cheaper than any other place I saw which is what originally turned me away thinking it’s too good to be true. I was originally going to go with James Allen but I’m so happy I didn’t. I spoke with someone from steinhardt over the phone and they were really helpful and explained their process and why the diamonds are cheaper. Communication was great and they sent me high quality videos of diamonds I wanted a closer look at since I didn’t get the chance to go in person. I got a higher grade diamond and larger diamond for a better price at steinhardt. I will definitely be recommending them to others who are diamond shopping and I look forward to purchasing more from them in the future.

Absolutely blown away with my experience at Stienhardt & Stones! Justin was so helpful in finding me the perfect diamond - I had originally ordered from another online retailer and was disappointed when the stone looked different than the online pictures and videos. After years of researching lab grown diamond companies, we finally hit the jackpot. I'm always skeptical of seeing advertising on tiktok especially with all the fake profiles out there but let me tell you. The biggest mistake you will ever make is not giving someone a chance based on comfortability. Yeah sure it's easy to order from the big box stores like Kay's or Zales. But there's something you won't get with them. Quality and price. We are from Denver Colorado and My husband knew I had been eyeballing Steinhardt for over a year and our 12 year wedding anniversary had come up. I let the diamond pick me and the process started. Setting was chosen, they have great financing, and are there to answer any of your questions throughout the creation of your ring. Please be patient with this process because it may take a few weeks but I promise it's worth it. For anyone even questioning if these are diamonds because they are lab grown. Honestly, I had my doubts in the beginning. But they turned out to be the best jewelers I’ve ever dealt with. High quality gems, amazing customer service, and extremely experienced. They were so amazing throughout the process and went above and beyond. I had some issues with my ring, and they fixed them at no cost and replied very quickly. I am for sure buying from them again! I wish they had more locations in other states so I could visit in person. But even being so far, they were able to customize based off my needs. Amazing customer service both by email and phone.
