How Will My Order Ship?

Ring Sizer Orders

If you request a Ring Sizer, it will ship via USPS Ground and typically arrives within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your sizer has shipped.

U.S. Orders

Orders under $1000 ship via USPS Ground

Orders over $1000 ship via UPS Express or selected FedEx Option at Checkout

All U.S. shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your security.

You’ll receive tracking updates once your order ships and again when it’s out for delivery.

If a delivery is missed, will attempt redelivery on the next business day. Please note that if a delivery is missed on Friday, the next attempt will be made on Monday.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical residential or business address is required for delivery.

International Orders

All international orders ship via UPS International Priority and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, excluding customs clearance.

When your order reaches customs, UPS will contact you by phone or email to arrange payment of duties and complete any required documentation. Once duties are paid, UPS will provide an updated delivery estimate.

All international shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Is My Shipment Insured?

Yes, every Stienhardt & Stones order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our studio until it’s safely signed for upon delivery.

Is Your Packaging Discreet?

Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes with no external logos or jewelry identifiers.

The return label displays only a small “SS” indicator for internal reference.

Duties and Taxes

For All International Orders:

Duties and taxes vary by country, generally range, and are payable directly to your country’s customs office.

Customs will contact you via phone or email to collect payment before releasing your order for delivery.

Due to ongoing changes in international tax, duty, and VAT regulations, all duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify current import requirements and costs with their local customs office prior to placing an order. Stienhardt & Stones is not liable for any duties, VAT, or import fees incurred at the destination.
