1. Account Creation: In order to use our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information up-to-date.

2. Use of Services: Our services are intended for personal use only. You may not use our services for any commercial purpose or for any illegal or unauthorized activity. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or materials from our website without our prior written consent.

4. Payment: Payment for our services is required before we can fulfill your order. We accept payment through various payment methods, and all payment information is securely encrypted and processed through a third-party payment processor.

5. Returns and Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return the item for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt, provided that it is returned in its original condition. Receipt Day starts on the day the package was signed for. Please note that any items returned that are not original to the item sent will be subject to legal action and the customer will be responsible for all associated fees. Returns are limited to two (2) returns per customer per calendar year. 

6. Custom Order Returns: Custom Orders are subject to different return policy. Custom Cut Diamonds are final sale and will not be eligible for any return or exchange. Custom settings are eligible to return however there will be a 50% Restocking fee for the setting cost.
   
   

7. Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product or service you purchased from us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services are subject to resolution by Stienhardt & Stones. We reserve full rights to conclude all resolutions without any explanation. 

10. Modification of Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Defamation: We take our reputation seriously and will not tolerate any defamation of our company, products, or services. Any statements or claims made in a defamatory manner, whether written or spoken, about our company, products, or services, may result in legal action against the individual or entity responsible for making such statements.
12. Comparison Shopping: Customers are prohibited from ordering multiple diamonds with the intent of comparing them at home. Each order is expected to reflect a genuine intent to purchase the selected diamond(s). Any customer found to be engaging in comparison shopping will be permanently restricted from placing orders on our website, and items will no longer be eligible for return.
13. Unpaid Balances : In the event that any payment due under this agreement is not received before work is complete and remains unpaid for a period of 15 days from the date invoiced the unpaid balance shall be considered overdue. In such cases, the party responsible for the payment shall be liable to pay a monthly interest charge on the overdue and unpaid balance at a rate of 10% per month, calculated from the due date until the outstanding amount is settled in full. This interest charge is cumulative and will be added to the outstanding balance each month until full payment is received 
14. Diamond Holds/ Deposits: Diamonds placed on hold by customers will be restocked on our website 7 days after if the diamond is not paid off.
15. Media Release : All rings purchased through Stienhardt & Stones can be used for social media purposes without content of the purchaser.  

We reserve the right to deny our services at any time for any reason without explanation to any customer.
