Wonderful experience from start the finish. The level of customer service that is provided by this company, along with the attention to detail they have makes them a no brainer when it comes to fine jewelry. I have been wanting a new engagement ring for a while, as I had lost my previous one, and Stienhardt and Stones was the best company I could have ask to work with. Peter was incredible at walking me through the entire process, as well as being prompt with answering any questions or concerns that came up for me. The CAD process was great, and I was able to make tweaks up until the final approval to ensure the ring was exactly what I had envisioned. Steinhardt & Stone honestly exceeded expectations. I bought a loose diamond from them and the price and quality cannot be beat!
And after consulting with them through video meetings and then verifying the diamond with a local jeweler, I can say with absolute certainty that Steinhardt does indeed ship real quality diamonds as advertised!
The price seems suspicious on first blush. It makes you question whether this is just another online startup scam...
Not at all! If you are in the market for lab grown gems, get it from steinhardt, even if you have it mounted elsewhere, the savings and quality you will get here will easily make up for any mounting fee.

I found Stienhardt & Stones through TikTok, and I am so grateful I did. From our very first virtual consultation, Shayne and Valarie were warm, professional, and attentive, and they truly made us feel heard and cared for. The designer team also played such an important role in bringing my vision to life, and I can’t thank them enough.
My ring just arrived, and it is breathtaking (everything I hoped for and more!). The quality, design, and craftsmanship are all impeccable, and the process was seamless from start to finish.
One thing that really stood out was how accessible and responsive the team was. Coordinating everything virtually can be nerve-wracking, but their quick replies and thoughtful communication made the experience so reassuring. That said, give them the space to do their magic! The experience is atypical since it was virtual, but this is exactly the right team and company to trust with something this special.

Absolutely the best and kindest team. I heartbreakingly lost my engagement ring during a beach trip and immediately reached out to Stienhardt as my now husband and I had worked with them to craft our original ring and had such a fantastic experience with them previously. If you can believe it, we had an even BETTER experience the second time! I worked with Jeffery to find a replacement stone and he truly went above and beyond. They did not have anything listed on their website that was comparable to my original stone but he managed not only to find one unlisted that they were willing to sell, but also offered to match the price of my original stone despite being an even larger diamond. I was blown away by the team’s kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to work with us during an incredibly stressful time. And the stone is stunningly beautiful to boot. We had our original stone appraised after buying it for our insurance and it appraised higher than our purchase price—Stienhardt truly is the best!

Great Place to Buy an Engagement Ring
I was looking online for a place to buy an engagement ring when I found Stienhardt. I started looking at their diamonds, the bands and the price. Everything looked great. Then I read the reviews and most of them seemed great. I spent a lot of time researching on their website for the perfect diamond ring for my girlfriend and I finally found it. So, I ordered the diamond, and the band. It was going to take a couple of weeks to put it all together. However, when I looked online to see when it would ship it looked like it was going to take a few days extra. Normally that wouldn't be a problem except that on the Saturday that I expected to receive the ring I made all the arrangements at the restaurant where I was going to propose, so it was important to get it in time. I called them up and I spoke to a very nice person who said they would try and make sure I got it on time. Then, happy about that I had to travel for work. I received a notice that the ring was going to ship, but I was still out of town and I didn't want my girlfriend to see it. Again, I called and asked to please delay the shipment until I returned and they did. They remembered to ship it when they said they would and I received it on the perfect day. This company was great. Oh, and it looked amazing. My girlfriend, now fiancé, loves it and it looks great on her finger. Thanks so very much Stienhardt for making this special day go smoothly.

Stumbled across Stienhardt & Stones via Instagram. They have some lovely stones! We decided to pick out a new ring for our 10 year anniversary. We went with the Venetian hidden halo with a pear stone. To say we are blown away is an understatement. The ring is absolutely gorgeous in Platinum and the diamond has so much sparkle. The ring is a heavy band at 2mm and will definitely stand the test of time. The packaging is also top knotch and well thought out. The price was also amazing compared to other competitors that we looked at. We received it a day earlier than original ship date, and could not be happier.
