International Orders

Shipping Method: UPS Worldwide Express
Delivery Time: Typically 3-5 business days, including customs clearance.
Customs Duties: UPS will contact you via phone or email to pay duties upon arrival in customs. Updated ETA provided after payment.

Insurance

All orders are fully insured from the time they leave our facility until the package is signed for upon delivery.

Packaging

All fine jewelry orders are discreetly packaged in a UPS or FedEx express box without external logos or markings. The return label has a small "ST" identifier.

Duties and Taxes

Canada:

Duties: Duty-free under NAFTA.
Taxes: Subject to HST/GST, payable directly to customs. Customs will contact you to arrange payment.

Rest of the World (ROW):

Duties: Most countries may incur duties ranging from 5-25%, payable directly to customs. Customs will contact you to arrange payment.

Duty-Free Countries:

Switzerland, Singapore, and Hong Kong: No import duties charged.

Yep, all shipments are completely covered from shipment to delivery confirmation. We will send you tracking notifications when your order ships and when it’s out for delivery.

UPS delivers 6 days a week and will attempt redelivery the next business day in the event a delivery is missed – except Fridays, when redelivery occurs the following Monday. All deliveries require a signature.
