International Orders
- Shipping Method: UPS Worldwide Express
- Delivery Time: Typically 3-5 business days, including customs clearance.
- Customs Duties: UPS will contact you via phone or email to pay duties upon arrival in customs. Updated ETA provided after payment.

Insurance
All orders are fully insured from the time they leave our facility until the package is signed for upon delivery.
Packaging
All fine jewelry orders are discreetly packaged in a UPS or FedEx express box without external logos or markings. The return label has a small "ST" identifier.
Duties and Taxes
Canada:
