Borrow a ring she wears on the same finger and ship it to us in a padded envelope — we measure and return it in 48 hours, free. If that isn't possible, sizes 6 and 6.5 are the US median for women and we resize once for free within the first year.

30 days, no restocking fee, full refund — including the return shipping. Custom pieces (new CAD work or in-house specialty cuts) are final sale once the diamond is committed, and we tell you which is which before you check out.

Yes. Bring a Pinterest board, a sketch, or a piece of inherited jewelry. We CAD-design in-house and produce in our New York workshop. Custom typically takes 3–4 weeks; specialty cuts longer.

Platinum, 14k and 18k yellow / white / rose gold are stocked. We can quote palladium, 22k yellow, or two-tone on request. Sterling silver is not a metal we set fine diamonds in.

Stocked pieces ship within 24 hours. Made-to-order pieces from our standard catalog take 7–10 business days. A Nivoda-sourced lab diamond adds 3–5 business days. Custom designs (new CAD) take 3–4 weeks.
