What's the difference between a lab-grown and a natural diamond?
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, optically, and physically identical to mined diamonds — same crystal structure, same hardness, same brilliance. They're produced in a controlled environment in a matter of weeks rather than mined over geologic timescales. We sell both. Most customers under forty choose lab-grown for the price-to-carat ratio.
How long does a custom ring take?
Settings from our standard catalog ship in 7–10 business days. A diamond from in-house inventory ships within 24 hours; a Nivoda-sourced lab diamond takes 3–5 business days. Custom designs (new CAD) typically take 3–4 weeks.
Do you offer a lifetime upgrade?
Yes. Trade in your diamond at any time toward a stone of at least 2× the original retail value. Setting credits are separate and depend on condition.
Are your diamonds certified?
Every center stone over 0.50 ct ships with a GIA or IGI report. We hand-pick stones for cut quality regardless of grade, but the paper trail is always there.
What's your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days, no restocking fee. Custom orders (new CAD or specialty cuts) are final sale once the diamond is committed. We'll walk you through which is which before you check out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to most countries, fully insured. Duties and taxes are handled at checkout where required.
